Chelsea Moore and I had one of the most magical days of all time executing this shoot. I am always so honored to work with creatives and hear their stories. Chelsea started a photography company with a partner several years back, who she ended up cutting ties with due to creative differences. Chelsea is a nomadic, free spirit—like myself in many ways—so we conceptualized a photoshoot that encapsulated our adventurous nature with an hours long escapade around the country side, fusing aspects of light and dark and scouting several different locations to capture these spur of the moment shots.

Kyle Caraher (@kyle.caraher on Instagram) and I got in the studio and created these ethereal, editorial style photographs. My goal was to play with light and dark, structure and flow with monochromatic texturizing. I wanted it to look haunting, daring, dramatic, sensual, and elegant. I love Kyle’s work so much, he is a master with lighting and perspective.
